Terms of Service

Agreement

zquad is a project management service provided by Ztar Tech LLC, 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, DE 19901 (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you create an account or otherwise use zquad. By using zquad, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Accounts

• zquad is invite-only: an account is created when you accept an invitation to an organization sent to your email address.
• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with the Google account of that same address. Keep access to that email secure, since it's how we verify it's you.
• You're responsible for activity under your account, including what assistants or tools do with the API keys you create.

Organizations

Work in zquad belongs to an organization: its squads, objectives, projects, cycles and tasks. The organization's administrators decide who is a member and can invite or remove people. Members of an organization can see the work shared in it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use zquad to:

• Upload content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its limits, or access other organizations' data without permission.

Your content

You and your organization own the content you create in zquad. You're responsible for what you upload. We store and process it only to provide the service to you and to the members of your organization.

The service, as-is

zquad is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we're not liable for data loss, though we take reasonable steps to prevent it.

Changes

We may update zquad's features and these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the “last updated” date above.
