Privacy Policy

Overview

zquad is a project management service provided by Ztar Tech LLC, 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, DE 19901 (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what data we collect when you use zquad, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

Data we collect

Account data. Your email address, your name, and, if you sign in with Google, the name and picture of that Google account. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or with Google — there is no password.

Organization data. The organizations you belong to, your role in them, and the invitations sent to and by you.

Content you create. Squads, objectives, projects, cycles, tasks and their comments, plus the screenshots you paste into a task.

API keys. If you create keys to connect an assistant over MCP, we store them so we can verify each request made with them.

How we use your data

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To store your organization's work and show it to its members.
• To send sign-in codes, invitations and account emails.

Who we share data with (sub-processors)

We don't sell your data. We use the following providers to run zquad — each processes data only to provide its service to us:

• Neon — hosts our Postgres database.
• Vercel — hosts the application, and stores pasted screenshots in Vercel Blob.
• Resend — delivers our emails.
• Google — signs you in, if you choose to.

Cookies

zquad only uses its own session cookie, to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep your account and your organization's content for as long as the account is active. You can see and edit most of your data in the app. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, write to us at the address above.

A note on this document

This is a plain-language description of how zquad actually works, written to be honest rather than to cover every legal scenario — it is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
